Information required for Funeral Streaming

Funerals often take place with little notice.

Anyone considering a live stream should endevour to resolve the following issues as soon as possible:-

• Music being used for the service. Is it church Choir and/ or solo singers. Are there any instruments, organ, guitar etc.
• Is there pre recorded music? Will this be brought in via an external source? Do they require Dowd Media to import pre recorded music? Will it be just into the live stream or is it required in the service as well?
• Pictures and/ or video. The use of pictures within the live stream is of significant benefit. The funeral is a celebration of the persons life and the use of pictures allows us to bring some reality and personal touch to the service. Pictures also allow us to “cut to” a photograph in particular appropriate circumstances.
